Job summary

Zaxby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations in our fast-casual restaurant. You’ll lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure guests receive friendly, accurate, and timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts in a fast-casual restaurant.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong customer service skills.
