You will oversee daily restaurant operations, staffing, training, guest experience, and cost control while building a positive culture and driving sales through community engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service principles
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
