IRVINE BAEKJEONG LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to company standards. You will direct staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences, manage schedules, maintain food safety, and coach team members for growth.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, handling guest concerns, cash handling, and inventory management. A strong background in fast-paced restaurant leadership and knowledge of labor laws is preferred.

Formación

• 2-4 years leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Preferred 2-4 years leadership in a full-service restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

Job Purpose:- The Assistant Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. They ensure compliance and company standards are maintained, as well as direct staff to ensure that guests have a great dining experience.Key Responsibilities:- Proper operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.- Adhering to and executing the steps of service to provide excellent guest experiences.- Creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.- Maintaining high food quality standards in all dishes prepared and served.- Enforcing all health and food safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.- Participating in the recruiting, hiring, and training of new employees.- Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback for improvement.- Coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and career growth.- Addressing and resolving guest complaints in a timely and effective manner.- Enforcing company policies and procedures to maintain a consistent and compliant work environment.- Handling money accurately and responsibly, including cash management and reconciliation.- Conducting inventory counts, placing orders, and performing reconciliations to manage supplies effectively.- Performing other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or other senior leadership.Benefits OverviewAll employees are offered medical, dental, vision, supplemental life, disability, hospital, and accident insurance.
