Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in Hutchinson, MN is seeking enthusiastic team members to Inspire Legendary Experiences by effectively managing all sports bar operations in a friendly, energetic environment.

Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE:

The primary purpose of this position is to Inspire Legendary Experiences for Buffalo Wild Wings Guests by effectively managing all sports bar operations in an informative, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Overseeing daily operations on a shift by shift basis
• Provide support and direction to hourly Team Members in the Front of House & Back of House
• Develop and coach team members to help to build sales and profits
• Recruit, interview, & hire hourly Team Member candidates
• Create hourly Team Member work schedules
• Additional responsibilities assigned by the General Manager or Director of Operations

JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

• Knowledge of restaurant operations & maintaining operating standards
• Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred
• Utilize excellent verbal communication and interaction skills in order to serve BWW Guests & Team Members
• Strong skills in time management and organization, with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to take direction and execute team/company objectives
• Basic computer & mathematical skills and the ability to handle money accurately
• Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems
• Basic knowledge of Google platforms
• Conflict management skills, analytical skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence in order to anticipate, recognize and solve Guest issues
• Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time including sitting, standing, lifting and bending
