Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and coach Stylists to deliver exceptional customer service. You will partner with the Store Manager to meet productivity, shrink, payroll and expenses goals.

You will build a high-performing team, model our brand standards, supervise daily tasks, ensure visual merchandising, and uphold a respectful, inclusive work environment for staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong business acumen and accountability for store metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Stylists to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve productivity, shrink, payroll and expenses goals.
• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, scheduling, and store standards.
