Job summary

Wingstop Hobbs is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations. You will lead a shift, complete checklists, manage guest interactions, handle cash, and ensure food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.

You will drive performance by following SOPs, monitor labor, sales, and food costs, help train and coach team members, assist with recruiting, and provide feedback to raise accountability.

We need a leader who can ensure our team works together to achieve the highest standards in food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.What You'll DoLead Shift Operations: You'll be a hands-on manager, completing daily checklists, handling cash, and managing guest interactions.Drive Performance: You'll ensure our standard operating procedures are followed and maintain a sense of urgency to increase speed of service.
