Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking an experienced manager to lead daily operations in our New Jersey cafe. You will supervise front- and back-of-house teams, drive sales growth, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain sanitation standards while upholding our tropical brand experience.

This role requires strong leadership, budget awareness, and the ability to implement marketing and local store initiatives to boost guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training & developing employees.
• Experience in growing sales & providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house & back of the house.
• Nice to have a proven track record of managing cost of goods & labor.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Effective verbal & written communication skills.
