• Recruit, train, develop, and recognize team members
• Ensure excellent customer service through daily operations
• Serve as a role model for staff
• Maintain high standards of food quality and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years managing a service concept with full profit and loss responsibility
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Effective communication skills in English
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance

Pay Range: $26.00 - $28.00
