Job summary

America's Pizza Company, LLC is seeking a hands-on manager to support daily Fernley, NV store operations and lead a diverse team to deliver great customer experiences. You will mentor staff, handle scheduling, training, inventory, and safety compliance while upholding brand standards.

This role offers growth toward GM-level responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Evenings, weekends and holidays are required; a valid driver's license and background check are part of the

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass background check.
