Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager in Ashland, KY to join the store leadership team. You will support the mission, coach a team of fashion-focused Stylists and help drive sales, shrink control, payroll, and expenses in partnership with the Store Manager.

The role emphasizes accountability, guest service, and maintaining Windsor’s brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
