Job summary

Chico's FAS in Edinburgh, IN is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team, delivering a customer-centered experience, and maintaining brand standards on the floor and in backroom operations.

You will assist in hiring and coaching associates, drive sales to meet financial goals, and foster community connections through events and philanthropy. The role requires 18+, 3 years retail management, flexible availability, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Three years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ownership and initiative, with a team-player mindset.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
