Job summary

Team Wireless - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting. You will work closely with the store manager and teammates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and to develop staff capabilities.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and a willingness to learn about Verizon products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong person to person communication skills.
• At least one year or wireless is preferred.
• A customer service and sales mindset and attitude.
• Basic computer, Microsoft office and Apple and/oder Android knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in managing and motivating their staff to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Utilizing outreach tools to help educate guests about the amazing deals and services at Team Wireless, an authorized agent of Verizon Wireless.
• Creating an amazing customer environment by maintaining the store appearance and ensuring all inventory is on display and looking fantastic!

Team Wireless, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, has immediate openings for people who enjoy technology and have outstanding people skills to join our team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associate Champions! As a Team Wireless/Verizon Assistant Manager, you will work side by side with your store manager and teammates, learning about our business, Verizon products and services and develop valuable skills.
