Team Wireless is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager for our Verizon Authorized Retailer locations. You will work with the store manager and team to learn our business, educate guests on Verizon products and services, and deliver outstanding service in a fun, energetic environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, sales growth, and customer satisfaction while maintaining store presentation and inventory. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Strong person to person communication skills.
• At least one year of wireless experience preferred.
• Customer service and sales mindset and attitude.
• Basic computer, Microsoft Office and Apple and/or Android knowledge.

Team Wireless, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, has immediate openings for people who enjoy technology and have outstanding people skills to join our team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associate Champions! As a Team Wireless/Verizon Assistant Manager, you will work side by side with your store manager and teammates, learning about our business, Verizon products and services and develop valuable skills. Day to Day Responsibilities

• Assisting in managing and motivating their staff to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Utilizing outreach tools to help educate guests about the amazing deals and services at Team Wireless, an authorized agent of Verizon Wireless.
• Creating an amazing customer environment by maintaining the store appearance and ensuring all inventory is on display and looking fantastic!

Required Skill Set
