Job summary

Fourteen Foods is hiring an Assistant Manager to uphold quality service and food standards while supporting restaurant management tasks.

The role requires prior management experience in food service, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Candidates should be able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, with background checks and ServSafe/food handler certification as applicable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in restaurant management (Shift Manager or Assistant Manager).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Position Overview:

TheRestaurantAssistant Managerprovides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
