D Dairy Queen in Central City, Kentucky, is seeking an Assistant Manager to uphold Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards while delivering outstanding customer service and high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. You will support restaurant operations, supervise staff during shifts, and participate in learning management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a food-service leadership role, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a restaurant shift manager, assistant manager, or similar food-service management role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Position Overview

The Restaurant Assistant Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Assistant Manager Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
