Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea, a strong and growing coffeehouse brand in Columbus, OH, seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager and owners in overseeing operations, guest service, and sales goals. This is an entry-level leadership role with growth potential in specialty coffee and tea.

You will lead a busy team, ensure product quality, and help drive brand standards while pursuing personal career development in a vibrant Columbus market.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Sweetwaters brand standards.
• Supports GM in reviewing, preparing, and submitting orders, inventory, scheduling, and payroll.
• Supports GM in marketing events.

Position Description:

An Assistant General Manager for a well-established, fast-paced coffeehouse who will assist the General Manager and owners in overseeing the operations, management, and attaining sales goals. Required education:

• High school or equivalent.
• Able to use Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

Required experience & certifications:

• 2 years of supervisory or shift lead experience
• ServSafe certified preferred
