Job summary

Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea of Dublin, Ohio is seeking an experienced Barista to join our store. You’ll pull manual shots, handle high-volume service, and deliver friendly, fast customer service in a welcoming cafe setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista in a cafe or coffee shop setting.
• Working knowledge of manual espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, teas, and specialty beverages to recipe and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and handle transactions at the register.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and prep area throughout each shift.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Help train and mentor new team members on drink preparation and customer service standards.
• Help manage speed of service during peak hours without sacrificing quality.
