Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Café in Charlotte, NC is seeking a capable Crew Manager with strong people leadership to drive daily operations and guest experience.

You will monitor sales, control costs, recruit and train staff, and ensure brand standards across front and back of house. This role emphasizes delivering excellent service, managing schedules, and executing local store marketing programs to grow the café's community presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training & developing employees.
• Experience in growing sales & providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house & back of the house.
• Must have a proven track record of managing cost of goods & labor.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
