Job summary

Popeyes in Louisiana is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy kitchen, support the General Manager, and develop team members.

You’ll coach hourly staff, uphold brand standards, ensure fast, friendly, accurate service, and maintain cleanliness in a welcoming environment.

This role focuses on cost control, inventory, cash handling, and ongoing leadership development with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED (2 years of college preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in a quick-service or fast-paced restaurant environment (management experience preferred).
• Strong leadership mindset with excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the team by coaching Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members, building skills, and raising performance.
• Deliver great guest experiences by guiding teams to serve fast, friendly, and accurate meals in a clean, welcoming kitchen.
• Lead strong operations by upholding Popeyes brand standards and ensuring smooth, efficient execution.
