Dairy Queen Lebanon, KY is seeking an Assistant Manager to provide quality customer service and food products while learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Requirements include 2+ years in food-service leadership, a high school diploma, valid driver's license, ServSafe/food handler certification, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.

Position OverviewThe Restaurant Assistant Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Assistant Manager Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
