Job summary

Dairy Queen Lebanon is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest service, and uphold food quality standards per company policies. You will assist with and learn restaurant management duties, including staff supervision, shift execution, and maintaining a positive guest experience.

The role requires prior restaurant leadership, flexibility for varied shifts, and a commitment to safety, food safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Assistant Manager Qualifications
