Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Idaho seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and provide superior customer service.

You will build relationships with customers, secure correct parts, and assist with recruiting, training, and store growth while maintaining strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• GED is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Sound decision making ability.
• Must be promotable to store manager.

The Assistant Manager works collaboratively with the Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day business operation. A person in this position focuses on sales, improving market penetration, and providing superior customer service.
