Job summary

Pleasant St Brockton Dunkin' is hiring a Dunkin' Assistant Manager to energize the team and deliver great guest experiences across shifts. You’ll shadow the Restaurant Manager’s schedule and lead by example to keep operations smooth and crew motivated.

You'll coach staff, manage store systems, and contribute to local marketing and savings while developing a path toward Restaurant Manager or District Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail, restaurant, or hospitality environments.

Who We’re Looking For

• Leaders who lead by example and support their team

• At least 6 months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience

• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation

• 18 years or older (or higher, per applicable law)
