Job summary

Dunkin' franchise is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager in Avon, MA. You’ll oversee shifts, motivate the crew, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while working opposite the Restaurant Manager to maintain strong operations and service standards.

You’ll lead by example, coach staff, and drive daily goals with a focus on a positive culture, strong leadership, and reliable operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Leaders who lead by example and support their team
• Positive, high-energy role models who inspire others
• At least 6 months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
• 18 years or older (or higher, per applicable law)
