Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a hands‑on Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach a fast‑paced crew, and ensure outstanding guest experiences across every interaction. You will work opposite the Restaurant Manager to sustain momentum, quality, and a welcoming atmosphere in the store.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and team development, with opportunities for advancement to Restaurant Manager or District Manager within the Dunkin' network.

Qualifications

• Leads by example and supports the team across shifts.
• Keeps guests energized with positive service mindset.
• Requires 6+ months of retail/restaurant/hospitality management experience.
• Demonstrates time management, attention to detail, and guest service.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 18 years or older (or higher, per applicable law).
