Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking an Assistant General Manager at the Bossier City clinic. You will lead a team of caring professionals to deliver an outstanding member experience at 2800 Beene Blvd, Bossier City, LA 71111.

You will drive membership and retail sales, manage scheduling, and oversee daily operations and performance reporting. A background in management or sales in service/retail is beneficial, with strong leadership and communication to motivate the team.

Qualifications

• Have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym.
• Massage industry experience is a PLUS but not required.
