Job summary

Massage Envy Youree Dr. in Shreveport is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily clinic operations and drive membership and retail sales while managing a team of sales associates and massage therapists.

You will train and schedule staff, greet members, handle inquiries, and help achieve performance targets in a high-service environment. Competitive base pay with bonuses and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym.
• Massage industry experience is a PLUS but not required.
• Are natural leaders who can build relationships while motivating, coaching and supporting a team.
• Can have tough conversations in a professional and constructive manner.

• Ability to effectively communicate expectations to staff and create winning a team. Able to communicate up-line information to Clinic Administrator.
• Competent trainer and motivator.
