Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Aware of and able to assist in meeting established financial goals. Supervises all Drago’s employees in accordance with Drago’s and Margaritaville Casino policies and procedures.
• Assists in maintaining payroll controls and scheduling of employees in conjunction with business volume and established guidelines.
• Implements training programs for new employees and existing employees. Attend required Quality & Training classes from HR or Training Department.
• Anticipate our guests' needs as well as our internal guests.
• Keep accurate daily shift reports and communicate with the Manager as required.
• Responsible for understanding forecasted daily cover counts and budgeted payroll.
• Attends all meetings as scheduled by Drago’s Manager.
• Conduct daily preshift meetings to communicate business volume, entertainment schedule, and Marketing information to inform employees.
• Provide harmonious working environment while being sensitive to the needs of the employees and the guests.
• Interact with employees and guests in a professional and consistent manner to solicit feedback on operations and execution of service delivery.
• Complete related job duties assigned by Drago’s Manager.
• Ensure that the restaurant is maintained and clean during all periods of operation.

Requirements

• Sanitation Certified, Certified Bartender, TIPS Training
• 2 years associates degree or 1-3 years practical experience in Hospitality and Restaurant Management in a high-volume operation. Degree required. Previous experience in a restaurant and/or Casino food and beverage facility preferred.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to calculate figures, amounts, discounts, percentages and apply them to practical situations.
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems with multiple variables.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations.
