Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations and to help lead shifts. You will contribute to local store marketing efforts to achieve sales and profit goals while guiding team members through performance and training initiatives.

The position requires at least six months of leadership experience in retail/food service, strong time management, attention to detail and guest service skills, and an availability to start around 4 am.

• At least six months of retail/restaurant/hospitality management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates time management, attention to detail and guest service skills.
• Available for early shifts, including starting at 4 am.
• Maintains open availability for schedule changes.
