Soma, part of KnitWell Group, is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Barton Creek Square store in Austin, TX. You will assist the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a welcoming, personalized customer experience that reflects our culture of hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

About the role
