Soma at The Shops of Saddle Creek in Germantown, TN, is seeking a Sales Associate for Regular/Part time work. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service in a retail setting.

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required. You will contribute to merchandising and stockroom tasks while reflecting our culture of hospitality.

About the role

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• You'll bring to the role Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
