KnitWell Group, parent of Soma, is seeking a Sales Associate for Store 5045-First Colony Mall-Soma in Sugar Land, TX. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a busy, fashion-forward environment.

Responsibilities include creating a seamless shopping experience across channels, supporting merchandising and inventory, and contributing to store goals while upholding brand standards. Must be flexible and team-oriented.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
