Job summary

Kn itWell Group’s Soma store in Appleton, WI is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a welcoming, customer-centered experience. This role supports community connections and upholds brand standards in a busy retail setting.

The position emphasizes ownership, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage inventory, schedules, and store operations while providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
