Job summary

America's Pizza Company, LLC is seeking a hands-on leader to serve as an assistant to the General Manager in Anchorage, Alaska. You will help oversee daily store operations, coach staff, assist with hiring and scheduling, and ensure exceptional service and brand standards.

You will supervise team members, manage inventory, handle customer concerns, and promote a positive work environment in a fast-paced pizza restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Experience in restaurant supervision or management is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license
• Pass background check
