Socket.dev is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Anaheim, CA to support the Store Manager with daily operations, sales growth, and customer service excellence. You will help lead a team, manage inventory, and train staff while ensuring a high standard of store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience; retail management experience a plus.
• Proven experience in a retail/customer service environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.
• Ability to train, coach, develop and motivate employees.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure store environment for both employees and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee training.
