Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts in Akron, Ohio is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and to lead shifts with a focus on guest satisfaction and efficiency.

You will contribute to local store marketing goals, help develop staff through training, and ensure excellent service across all shifts. This role offers growth opportunities within a nationally recognized brand and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
• Willing to start work at 4 am and have open availability.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help America Run on Dunkin’ through the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. You will assist the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly.
