Job summary

Blue Roc Premier is seeking a Make Ready Technician to ensure apartment units meet high quality standards before occupancy. You will collaborate with the Resident Service Director and teammates to prep units and perform maintenance and renovations.

The role requires at least 1 year in an Apartment Community, strong electrical and plumbing skills, drywall, exterior finishes, interior installs, painting, safety adherence, HVAC certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in an apartment community.
Strong electrical experience and plumbing knowledge.
Proficiency in light construction, including drywall installation and repair.
Ability to install exterior fixtures and finishes.
Experience installing interior items (fans, blinds, etc.).
Basic painting skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Effective communication and teamwork.
HVAC certification required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Resident Service Director and team to prepare apartments for occupancy.
Utilize 1 year of apartment community experience to perform maintenance and renovation tasks.
Apply electrical and plumbing expertise to address issues and perform repairs.
Use light construction skills for drywall and exterior finish work.
Install interior items such as fans and blinds.
Perform light painting to ensure quality finishes.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and supervisors.
Complete HVAC-related tasks as needed.
Handle Work Orders and other duties to support the community.
