Blue Roc Premier in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our communities running smoothly.

You will perform maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, prepare vacant units for new residents, and collaborate with the service team to improve curb appeal while maintaining safety and quality workmanship.

A valid EPA/HVAC 608 certification, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications
