Spring Creek Healthcare Center in Millcreek, Utah, is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks, and painting duties to keep the facility safe and patient-centered.

The role requires painting experience and basic knowledge of building systems, with the ability to work independently in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of maintenance experience in a commercial, healthcare, or industrial setting preferred.
• Painting experience required (including touch-ups, surface prep, and basic finishing).
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacements.
• Support maintenance needs across kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, laundry equipment, plumbing and electrical systems, flooring and general facility upkeep, grounds and exterior equipment.
• Complete routine painting and touch-up work throughout the facility.
• Inspect systems and equipment to ensure safe, proper operation.
• Assist with receiving shipments and moving furniture or equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacements
