Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, flooring, and general facility upkeep, with painting and touch-ups as needed. Strong problem-solving and independent work skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months maintenance experience in a commercial, healthcare, or industrial setting preferred
• Experience with flooring care and general facility upkeep preferred
• Painting experience required (including touch-ups, surface prep, and basic finishing)
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacements
• Support maintenance needs across: Kitchen equipment; HVAC systems; Laundry equipment; Plumbing and electrical systems; Flooring and general facility upkeep; Grounds and exterior equipment
• Complete routine painting and touch-up work throughout the facility
• Inspect systems and equipment to ensure safe, proper operation
• Assist with receiving shipments and moving furniture or equipment
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility needs
