Job summary

Spring Creek Healthcare Center in Millcreek, Utah, is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This full-time role supports a skilled nursing facility where safety and patient-centered care are paramount.

You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacements across multiple systems. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of maintenance experience in a healthcare or commercial setting, painting skills, and basic HVAC/plumbing knowledge.

Qualifications

• 6+ months maintenance experience in a commercial, healthcare, or industrial setting preferred.
• Flooring care and general facility upkeep experience preferred.
• Painting experience including touch-ups and surface prep required.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacements.
• Support maintenance needs across kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, laundry equipment, plumbing/electrical systems, flooring and general upkeep, grounds.
• Complete routine painting and touch-up work throughout the facility.
• Inspect systems and equipment to ensure safe, proper operation.
• Assist with receiving shipments and moving furniture or equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility needs.
