Our maintenance professionals are an integral part of keeping our residents satisfied and are responsible for day-to-day maintenance operations and general upkeep of the community. Specific responsibilities include :

1. Being on-call for 24-hour maintenance emergencies
2. Completing grounds work such as trash pick-up and light landscaping
3. Assisting with various types of maintenance: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventative maintenance

The Details :

Our Assistant Maintenance Technicians should meet the following criteria :

1. High School Diploma / GED required
2. At least three years of experience and HVAC certification
3. Provide and use own tools
4. Maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, and maintenance staff
5. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
