WPM is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to support Gray Haven Townhomes and Dunlea Apartments. You will assist the Property Manager with daily maintenance operations, monitor vendors, supervise technicians, and ensure safety and quality across multiple sites in a rotating on-call schedule.

The role requires hands-on electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills, plus the ability to travel independently across MD, DE, PA, and VA for training and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years’ site maintenance experience.
• Certificate in basic electrical repair preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in monitoring vendors and contractors.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance work orders.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
• Manage on-call coverage and emergency responses.
• Lead maintenance team in manager's absence.
