CONAM Management is hiring an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for Silverado in Las Vegas, NV. You will help oversee apartment community maintenance, perform technical work, and ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet CONAM standards.

The role is full-time with full benefits, offering a pay range of $24.00–$26.00 per hour and requiring a hands-on approach to safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in apartment maintenance or equivalent.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coach maintenance team and monitor performance against goals.
• Train staff on maintenance, safety, and customer service.
• Assist with annual budget and bid recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and CONAM policies.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance.
• Drive locally for property maintenance tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
