CONAM Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Silver Sage in Lakeside, CA. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to resident requests, and oversee unit turnovers while ensuring safety and high standards of curb appeal across a multi-family community.

Qualified candidates bring 1–2 years in apartment maintenance, proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry. Expect a collaborative, on-call team environment with strong resident service focus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, and basic carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Address resident service requests related to apartment maintenance.
• Oversee turnovers: inspections, repairs, and cleaning to prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain community curb appeal through landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and management for upkeep of the multi-family complex.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Additional duties as required.
