Your role as Assistant Maintenance Supervisor is critical to our success, involving responsibilities such as due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, participation in company committees, and ensuring the efficient maintenance of the property under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

We offer a new bonus structure: a $100 stipend when on-call (plus overtime), and bonuses up to $250 based on work order completion and make-ready status.

Daily Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the maintenance team
• Manage work order system and ensure timely responses
• Perform daily repairs and property upkeep
• Order supplies and manage inventory
• Support renewal and leasing efforts to meet financial goals
• Coordinate apartment turn efforts

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience
• 1-2 years supervisory experience
• EPA Universal certification
• HVAC certification
• Experience in multi-family housing
• Preferred: Refrigeration certification, basic finance knowledge, irrigation knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
