Qualifications

• At least 8 years of industrial maintenance and electrical experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees engineers, consultants, contractors and other personnel on large domestic capital projects in maintenance disciplines.
• Ensures projects stay on schedule, within scope and on budget with emphasis on safety, quality and compliance.
• Develops engineering specifications, procedures and policies across multiple disciplines.
• Prepares cost estimates and ROI analyses for capital projects.
• Coordinates capital budget information and communicates across business units.
• Leads cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and programs.
• Supervises direct reports and contributes to department strategies and training.
