Job summary

National Beef, America’s Premier Beef Company, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the North Baltimore, OH area. The role requires at least 8 years of industrial maintenance experience and 2+ years of leadership experience, with a focus on electrical and capital projects.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Plus 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in electrical and capital projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineers, consultants and contractors on large capital projects.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope and on budget.
• Develop engineering specifications, procedures and policies for multiple disciplines.
• Prepare cost estimates and ROI reports for major projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams across maintenance, operations, and safety.
• Mentor and supervise maintenance staff and direct reports.
