As the Assistant Maintenance Manager, also known as Assistant Service Manager, you will assist in overseeing physical assets, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance, and construction or rehabilitation projects.
Typically 9 am - 6 pm, Monday through Saturday, with variations based on property needs, including overtime and on-call rotations.
