RATP Dev USA is seeking a visionary Maintenance AGM to lead the maintenance team, setting vision and mission, delegating to supervisors, and ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient transit operation. The role emphasizes OSHA adherence, problem solving, and strong team-building in a union environment.

Core duties include managing maintenance programs, budgets, and collaborations with Safety, Risk, and Continuous Improvement teams to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and team-building experience in maintenance or operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to manage budgets and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to maintenance supervisors and ensure delegation of tasks.
• Develop and enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance across maintenance programs.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor contracts, and capital expenditures for vehicles, systems, and facilities.
